Hello and welcome back to another video from Geometry Dash. Today I beat my absolute hardest of hardest, Bloodlust. When I first started playing this game, I always wanted to do Bloodbath as a new hardest. I remember the time I started playing the level to be my first extreme demon and ended up getting around 80% before I quit to beat Acu. I still remember coming back to it and finally seeing the completion screen after so many hours of playtime. As my 2nd extreme demon, I knew that I had to do Bloodlust at some point or another. And with a near perfect cycle, I got to beat Bloodlust on the other end of the extreme milestones, as my 100th extreme.

It feels actually unreal being able to write this description. I didn't think that the day would actually ever come but I guess here it is. This level was insanely difficult for me. Not because of the actual difficulty but because of the sheer length and the stress I had to go through with every far attempt.
Even with the stress, I don't think I would say that the extension was the hardest part for me. It actually felt more like a break than a challenge with an exception of a few chokes right at the beginning. Basically most of the parts got insanely consistent by the end and I rarely ended up dying to them in runs. Some of my least favorite parts of the level definitely include Nikro's section, which was some of the most annoying gameplay to die to. Another one would go to Xaro but that actually ended up becoming very tolerable.
I think the only other parts of the level that actually made me struggle in any way are Michigun and Evasium's sections (I don't know if they actually built them in Bloodlust but you know where they are in Bloodbath). The waves in those two sections felt really difficult with the new 2.2 physics, and it made the experience of going for the level just slightly harder than I wanted it to be. The Michigun UFO, while nerfed, still was quite a choke for me. I feel like I have genuine PTSD from when I was playing Bloodbath all the way back, 3 years ago. I don't have anything else to say really, I'm just glad it's over and I didn't have that many TMN deaths (only 2).
