Reality tv stars are known to have to push their energy and personalities to the limit to get famous. So what happens when these celebs are children? In the case of the hit show Toddlers and Tiaras, we are shown a wide variety of kids who are being groomed not only for beauty pageants, but for the camera as well. Parents on these shows can make the worst decisions ever. It’s a competition for sure, not only for first place but also for the cameras attention. Some moms will do anything to win the contest, whether it’s modifying the child’s clothing in extreme ways, or changing the girl’s body to suit the needs of the competition. Beauty pageants are kill or be killed for these moms, and they pull out all the stops. Some moms even feed strange substances to their children to make them perform better.
