1. Call myself the Baby Boomer Booktuber
2. Have a long video intro
3. Be stubborn about concentrating on favorite book genres
4. Don’t try to be everything to everybody. Not everyone will like you. Do the channel you feel comfortable with
5. Not be afraid to show change as I evolve in reading and life
6. Don’t worry about numbers or compare myself to other more successful booktubers
7. Not to should on myself about my looks or age
8. Not spend money buying books that I can't afford
9. Not worry about making mistakes, either in editing or pronunciation
10. Sing bad opera/ impersonate Mae West, Cowardly lion, or dance with a cane
