I can smell the hatred through my screen
This is partially based on a roleplay, but also is within my headcanons.
Basically, the RE you see in the video is the first Russian Empire. Now, most people headcanon that there were two Russian Empires (due to the flag change.) However, mine is very different.
The first Russian Empire was in power for ONE ruler. Peter the Great. After that, his twin, the Second Russian Empire, took over. And he never gave the rule back to RE1. (Peter the Great is the best)
For simplicities sake, I refer to RE1 as "Peter" and RE2 as RE. Because having two people with the same name is confusing. (I'm looking at you, Audrey and Audrey.)
Anyway, Peter HATES the USSR for obvious reasons. This video is just him yelling at the USSR for being a disappointment.
