Sony has confirmed access to the Playstation Store for Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and Playstation Portable (PSP) will end this summer. The PS3 and PS Vita store will close on August 27, 2021. The PSP store will close on July 2, 2021. If there’s any digital games you’d like to get for the systems then I suggest you get them now.

Of course if you’ve already downloaded these games before the closing date then you will still be able to re-download these games from your download list.

Multi-platform cross-buy purchases are still possible however. If content is available on both Playstation 4 and PS3, PS Vita, and/or PSP, players will still have access to the content vita their download list.
