Some of the most dangerous inmates are held inside Angola Prison, Louisiana's State Penitentiary, with serial killer Nathaniel Code and Larry Roy, nicknamed the" Cheneyville Slasher" all serving prison life at Angola.

Located on a former slave plantation, Angola houses more than 6,000 inmates, many of them serving life sentences without the possibility of parole.
