Along with the menu themes for the first four games, the good ending music in FNaF 3 was also replaced in the console and remastered mobile ports. At first I thought it had to do with copyright, but I think it was done to reflect the lore. In the context of FNaF 3’s release back in 2015, it was supposed to be the last game, and so the original music used made sense as that was the end. At the time of the release of the ports, Help Wanted was the latest game in the series and the lore had changed drastically.

The music really reflects the contexts. The original music was very emotional and gave a sense of finality, as if to say “This is it. You’ve done it. You’ve freed them all. Now you can rest”. Meanwhile the new music feels more melancholic, as if to say “Yes, you’ve freed them, but the story’s not over yet. There’s still work to be done”. Me personally, I far prefer the vibe of the original music.
