00:15 - Buzzing sound - up the scale, returning to the root on every other note
02:35 - Bounce up to the octave and then open into the "Ah" Vowel for the decent
04:22 - 5,4,3,2,1 pattern through the straw
06:50 - Root to 5th, go back down and then bounce back to the 5th
