Instead, you have to take him or her into training mode where, after being soundly thrashed a few times, your fighter begins to learn the rudiments of martial arts. If you're a good enough mentor, your fighter will eventually become a champion.
For bouts that don't end with a clear victor, Deadly Arts features a points-based scoring system like that used in real-life boxing matches. An advanced algorithm analyzes the combatant's styles and techniques, then declares a winner.
