Despite the fact that there are only 5 exercises in this total body workout with weights, you'll find that this is the perfect workout, giving you an upper body workout and a lower body workout in just 10 short minutes.
Some of the exercises in this complete workout may be new to you, so give the exercises in this womens workout a try before attempting the complete full body workout. You'll get pretty tired during this routine because you're combining strength training with calorie blast.
