Growing up, you probably looked forward to Saturday morning cartoons along with after school programming. On Nickelodeon, there was “Rugrats” where we watched fictional babies and toddlers have adventures. We also had “Doug” where we lived life with a boy named Doug Funnie in Bluffington. One of our favorites was “Hey, Arnold!” where we looked at what life was like living in the city and having a football-shaped head. Then there was also the kids from Disney’s “Recess” and “Kim Possible.”
