This is my second attempt. Much less wind today. I am slinging practice lacrosse balls,and regular lacrosse balls. I did better this time around, more like what I expected. This time, I spent the longest amount of time at 100 ft (instead of 90 ft) and also spent about 5-10 minutes talking to a passerby about slinging.

By the end my left side was aching from the repeated twisting motion. It's a great quadratus lumborum workout!
