10 Foods You Think Are Healthy But Aren't / Vegan Shopping at Ralphs. In this video, I go shopping at Ralphs, also known as Kroger in some parts of the country, for vegan food items that you may think are healthy but aren't. You'll see the amount in sugar healthy foods, which can be surprising. The foods I'm about to show you are marketed and assumed by many people to be healthy, but in reality, they these are healthy foods you may want to avoid, especially if you're trying to eat a healthy diet and loose weight. Ralphs did have some nice vegan options and not all the vegan items I discuss are necessarily unhealthy foods, but you definitely want to read labels and know what you're eating. I go over these 10 foods you think are healthy and also provide you with some options of healthy foods to eat instead. There are some unhealthy food that you want to avoid, and we find those as well. I also go over to the local Farmer's Market for some healthy food ideas, so you know what to look for when shopping and you can be on the lookout for these secretly unhealthy foods and maker better decisions.
