Community- More friendly, active, fit. Only way is Essex/ lay - girls dress/ look in Summerlin. Dogs.

Variety of things to do - rock climbing, water sports, base ball, cycling. Hiking.

Don’t believe the cheapness - it was but less so no and only cheap of coming from London, New York. Cali. Not cheap for others.

No choice of utilities providers

Hot weather

Barely any bugs. Eating out side. Be out at night.

Amazing selection of food. - continually trying new places.
