But at the same time, his powers are limited by the Constitution, and he can’t dispose of the private property of citizens. The American president rules the country - but doesn’t own it. In North Korea, everything is different. This country is considered a socialist one, that is, in that there is no private property. Everything belongs to the state. And the country, in turn, practically belongs to Kim Jong-un himself!
