I've never made a true 1 prayer fire cape guide till now. Here's all of my secrets regarding the 1 prayer fire cape and what I've learned after doing over 500 of these fight caves on Old School Runescape. I believe anyone do this even if you're poor and/or a noob! Also towards the end there will be some more no prayer account progression for the inevitable inferno attempt!

I have just beat the record for lowest combat without summoning with completion of the firecape, and lowest range level with fire cape by doing this. The previous record was 38 combat and 52 range. I started the cave with mithril cross bow, emerald bolts(e), 36 range, 1 defence, 43 prayer, and 39 hp. The majority of Jad was poisoned, that is why I cut out some of the waiting so the video was not half an hour.
