One person was burned during a parking garage fire at BWI Airport on Thursday afternoon, the Maryland fire marshal confirmed.
The fire was reported at 10:46 a.m. and is believed to be due to a gas leak.
A person was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening burn injuries, the fire marshal said.
The fire damaged the interior of the parking garage, as well as a commercial lawn mower. The total loss is estimated to be around $300,000, according to the fire marshal.
