More of the best indie games from Randomise User! In this let's play Raft 1.0 full release gameplay review we jump back into our playthrough started in early access to explore the new third chapter content, including Varuna Point, Temperance and Utopia.
In episode 7 we've accessed the first skyscraper where we find a key that lets us finally take an elevator up to Utopia's sky village and the marketplace. There we meet a ranting Olof and solve some pulley-system puzzles involving transporting cogwheels.
Then we have three increasingly difficult face-offs with the explosive Olof, including a fight with the hardest creature yet - the Alpha. Finally we rescue the people of Utopia and complete the Raft story, seeing what they have to say. Also... titanium sword?!
Official gameplay description: "Raft throws you and your friends into an epic oceanic adventure! Alone or together, players battle to survive a perilous voyage across a vast sea! Gather debris, scavenge reefs and build your own floating home, but be wary of the man-eating sharks!"

More of the best indie games from Randomise User! In this let's play Raft 1.0 full release gameplay review we jump back into our playthrough started in early access to explore the new third chapter content, including Varuna Point, Temperance and Utopia.
In episode 6 we leave Temperance and sail for Utopia, on the way building a wind turbine to recharge batteries for free.
Once at Utopia, we discover we need to fill up a water tank to give us a carbon dioxide canister, requiring hooking up electricity again, this time across the rooftops of the lower village. It also requires us to solve three water pipe puzzles. We also dig up many, many spots in search of a code that gives us access to a harpoon.
We use the harpoon and carbon dioxide container to create a new zipline that grants us access to the first skyscraper.

In episode 5 we continue the icy Temperance island, where we found a blowtorch in the igloo village in ep 4. Now we find the Selene Key by solving the constellation puzzle in the observatory, which along with the blowtorch lets us into the nuclear power plant and reactor, where more puzzles and lots of radiation await us, along with hazmat suits, a lot of scuttly lads and a code for Utopia.

We also glimpse the next stage of Temperance as we locate an astronomy puzzle and a nuclear plant on the horizon.

We complete Varuna Point using our new crane key, discovering the location of Temperence. But on the way we discover a trading post on a snowy island full of polar bears.
We learn how to use the trading post, at first using the new recycler to generate scrap, which we can use to buy fishing bait, that lets us catch a new tier of fish that we can then sell to the trading post for a new currency, as well as reputation that ultimately would let us unlock tier 2 buying. Then we buy an airhorn, just to be annoying.
