My rough translated version

Base Scoring
* Have to contact the lowest ball or you scratch (like classic 9 ball)
* If you pocket a ball you go again (like classic 9 ball)
* Balls that get hit out of order come back clustered (NOT like classic 9 ball)
* Pocketing 3 5 7 9 Scores you a point/dollar from each player (basically odds except the starting 1 ball)
* If the money balls get sunk out of order on a fair play, you get paid still, the ball returns, and its still your turn
* If you foul (scratch/illegal hit) all points that would be gained are forfeited and balls go back into cluster
* When the 9 ball is sunk after all other balls are sunk, re-rack. if the ball lands in the kitchen area the person who sunk the 9 continues shooting, else the next person in order shoots

Multipliers
* Pocketing in the 9 is worth 2x
* Pocketing in the side is worth 2x
* Pocketing a money ball on a combo shot gets 2x (and ball returned)
