Why Use 0CC?: forums.famitracker.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3301
This video covers a lot of my personal favorite features from 0CC. The echo buffer trivializes single-channel echo, Grooves allow you to use fractional Speeds just like regular Speeds, and my favorite 'fun' feature, polyphony, is great for messing around with chords to get inspiration for pieces. I hope that you can enjoy these features as much as I do!
One small thing I missed about the echo buffer is that you can use ^0 to just play the previous note. For an example of where you can use this, say you have a simple bass section that just plays a single pitch in a rhythm. Before, changing the pitch of this section required altering every note, but now you can just place ^0 on every instance of the pitch after the initial one.
As a small game, can you guess the song I'm playing when I show off polyphony?
Oxx-Groove Selector Effect(***)
xx-Set Groove(limited to how many Grooves you have)
Placing Fxx during a Groove will switch to the new Speed, and vice versa.
Cxx now stops the song after its row plays.
0:00 New Keyboard Layout
0:30 Polyphonic Keyboard Preview
0:54 Echo Buffer
2:06 Three Small Changes
2:29 Grooves and the Groove Editor
4:51 Oxx and its Relation to Fxx
