I wanted to set up a few profiles for the 0.8 nozzle. 1mm line width, 0.6mm layer height. It was not as easy as I thought!
I am flow limited by extruder motor torque. I wanted to prove it by switching back to the worm, but it has the same losses and performs nearly identical to this one.

It started as a test to determine usable flow, with the VZhex, straight gears, dual, 17mm wide, .5A LDO motor. After some tests failing at flows over 63 I switched to a 15:1 worm drive using the highest torque nema 14, moons motor. The results were the same on flow cap. Then I decided to install the moons motor on the VZhex. It did push a little more, but it's so marginal and would not take the PA needed. I do have an LDO 20mm wide motor I can try, but I think it would be for not, who knows, I have never ran the 20mm LDO @ 48V.

ABS 270C, 0.8CHT nozzle, 20K acceleration, 20SCV, using regular PA at .02, ST.02. I can take away a little more fan, maybe 20-30%. Feels strong as is! Super impressed by the strength!!
