As I approach the keypad for the large powered door, I suddenly receive a radio transmission... from a strange man who calls himself Red. From the way he speaks, I can tell hes quite unstable, possibly insane; but he seems to want to help, and he points us in the right direction, though getting to the tunnel he speaks of is proving to be difficult, what with all the devil dogs walking around the area.
