A concise guide to abyssal runecrafting. If you're looking to get 44 rc I'd probably recommend doing fires with rings of duelling to bank at cw and tele back quickly.
Also look into doing The Eyes of Glouphrie for the 6k rc exp reward if you have the requirements.
Abyss RCing tips:
Upon entering the abyss, head around the circle to get close to the northwest(nature portal)
There's always a thief entrance next to an agility gap. Thief is much faster.
Use boots of lightness, and if you have the hunter requirements, also a spottier/spotted cape
If you can't use dragonhide, mithril or initiate is recommended for the lower weight
Energy pots easily make up for their cost so definitely use them
You should be able to do runs in 1:15 - 1:30 which comes out to ~40 runs = 1.6k runes per hour
