Mission 5: Hotel Atlantic, Hamburg and Mission 6: Convoy, Swiss Alps
Oh well, that undercover part didn't last long. Also, the first boss fight in the game. He deals lots of damage, but the worst part are the other enemies in the room. But the rock-version of the signature bond theme during the fight is pretty cool.
Next, a nice driving mission.
