I've just realised where I've seen the actor who played Sir Nicholas Webb (Anthony Howell) he played the subordinate police officer in Foyle's War where he played Sgt. Paul Milner who was badly injured in WW2 and came back to his police job partnering with the superb Michael Kitchen's DCI Foyle.
Little fact, Kitchen played the original Tanner in Goldeneye which was a role taken on by Rory Kinnear in Daniel Craig's Quantum of Solice.
