You MUST skip the cutscenes! This is one of the first "hard" ones. The timing on this one is *very* tight and as you can see I reached the ending cutscene when the timer was already at 0. If you don't skip the cutscenes, the timer will go down while you wait there, you *must* skip them. Just ignore all the guards, take the shortcuts shown and use the cloak whenever possible. I had a few mistakes and was able to make it, so keep that in mind.
