Some people said it was a human in a Reptilian costume but look at the hand, it is too thin.
And I don't think this is a person in a costume doing this in the forest in the middle of the night.
This is a local Reptilian who reside in the inner Earth but occasionally will come up to the surface.
When they are on the surface, they usually use the mimic cry effect to make them look like human but this time probably this reptilian do not even bother about doing it.
