Technique: Start in a handstand position, lower yourself by bending your elbows into a dip, then push back up to full extension. Keep your core tight and body aligned throughout the movement.

Important Cues: 🔸 Engage your core for balance. 🔸 Lower with control. 🔸 Focus on tricep activation during the push.
