It's finally here! :D I'm so sorry for the long wait guys. though, I think that it was totally worth it! The MEP looks EPIC! :D Thank you all so much for making such beautiful parts and getting them done on time! C:
This MEP was a pain in the butt! xD I had to render it like 10 times until I got one that looked good, And upload it 3 times because I wasn't happy with the quality. Anyway, I'm glad that it's finally uploaded! I hope you all enjoy it!
I had some rendering issues, My Vegas kept crashing and the quality seemed to be dropping after the render, I tried everything to fix this but this is all I got. So make sure you watch it in 1080p! :3
I added pinkish looking colors to most of the parts, Just to make everything flow well, I hope you guys don't mind. ^^
Also, I'd like to apologize in advance to 7Tuchi, I have no idea what happened with her part but it seems to be glitching a little. I tried everything to fix it but it just wouldn't go away, I'm really sorry! ;3;

So, as you have probably guessed from the video or the title, well be hosting an animash contest this year! Ill try to explain how the contest will work the best I can but if you have any questions at all or if anything should be unclear, feel free to ask!
There are 6 different categories based on music generes, Pop, Rock, Instrumental, Acoustic, Alternative and Remix. You can sign up for up to 2 categories, as long as youre sure you can do it. Although, if a lot of people want to join this contest you might not get into a second one, so keep that in mind! There are 8 open spots for each category, you cant join a category when all spots are taken. We will try to have a wide variety of editing stlyes in each category and might have to turn down a lot of people that want to join, but we will try our best to make this fair!
The sign ups will stay open for about 2 weeks so you have enough time to consider if you want to join and which category you want. As soon as every category is full we will start to give out the parts, which will be a 20-30 second part of a song fitting to the category. Every contestant of the same category will recieve the same part. You will compete against someone else of your category and there will be a voting to decide who enters the next round. As soon as we have all the entries for one round, we will put them together in a video and upload them here on this channel so the public can vote on it. We will only accept votes through pms, please dont comment on the video for a voting!
The deadlines for each round will be 2 weeks and you can ask for up to 1 week of extra time, but thats the maximum. If you cant do your part, your opponent will automaticly enter the next round.
We also want you to stay anonymous during the contest, that means dont add a watermark on your entry and dont upload your entry until the results of the round are offical. We want the voters to focus on the editing and styles only.
There will be prizes for the final winner of each category (a Mep with a song fitting to the category they won in) and there will be a final last round between the 6 winners to decide the overall winner. The overall winner will be promoted on our channel and get a banner/icon designed by their choice.

If you want to join the contest, please let us know which category you want to join and a second one in case the one you want to enter is already full or if you want to join 2 categories. We decided to host a secret santa since we missed out last year. :)
Heres how it works:
Youll have to fill out the form below and after the sign ups close youll be matched with the editor you have to make a video for. Same goes the other way around, another edior will make a video for you. Please only join if youre sure that you can actually do a video for someone, and if you drop out that person will be left with no present, though they have been working on something for someone else.
Rules;
- Animash only, both 2D and 3D movies are allowed. If youre not sure if you can use a certain movie dont be afraid to ask!
- sign ups close on Monday, 16th of November. If you want to join after that you can sign up as replacements!
- youll recieve your secret santa as well as their form with their wishes and song requests as soon as the sign ups end, youll have until december 24th to finish your video. Please upload your video on your channel when youre done and send a link to your secret santa as well as to us, so we know youre done.
- If you sign up as a replacement please be aware that you might need to work on a video in a matter of days, consider twice before signing up!
- the video has to be a minimum of 30 seconds long, feel free to make it longer
- please try your best to match the wishes and song requests of your secret santa!
- If you cant finish your secret santa for any reason whatsoever please us know as soon as possible so we can find a replacement!
