Inspired by the Whisperer in Darkness written by H.P. Lovecraft. Specifically, it is meant to march the creepy kind of tribal atmosphere in the caves in which the Mi-Go work and get their resources.
The repeating percussion is meant to mimic the working of the Mi-Go and their communication while doing so. there is a constant main percussion and four different instruments and rythms to complement it, taking turns to be introduced and finally combine to form the ryhtm in the finale.
The viola and choirs symbolize the mystery surrounding this tribe of alien beings that are secretly and silently among us. Parts of the melody are introduced one by one and then combined into the final melody in the end.
Perfectly suited as creepy horror background music for any kind of intense situation with a hints of mystery and sci-fi.
