How The Ghibli Clock Signals High Noon ngmaster42 2020-10-07 | The Ghibli Clock, or officially, the NI-Tele Really BIG Clock, is a public art sculpture that one can see outside the Nittele Tower in Tokyo, Japan. Every day, 4 minutes before 12PM, 3PM, 6PM, and 8PM (and 10AM if it's a weekend), the clock comes to life. You can tell what time show we got to see!NOTE: This clock is NOT at the Studio Ghibli Museum. It is in Shiodome, which you can access on foot from Shimbashi Station or Shiodome Station, about a minute walk from either station. From Shimbashi Station, walk south/southeast and look for an elevated walkway, which is accessed at street level and will take you up from the street level to an upper area where the clock will be. From Shiodome Station, walk north for about a minute, also looking for an elevated walkway. You can even see it from the Yurikamome Line. It is open to the public, and is outdoors.
