Aursjövägen Norway - 1993 Honda Africa Twin RD07, July 2016 bikebandit48 2016-07-27 | Riding the old Aursjøvegen in Norway on my africa Twin, was on my 'must do' list on my road trip to the arctic circle. The road, originally a construction road from 1947-50, goes between Finnset in Eikesdal through Finnsetlia to Sunndalsøra and stretches about 80 km's. The trip from the Eikesdalen valley, with steep mountains on each side, up to the high mountains with their open and magnificent landscape, is an awesome ride! The road takes you in towards the dam at lake Aursjøen (862 m.a.s.) and on down through the Torbudalen and Litldalen valleys to Sunndalsøra. I have ridden Geiranger, Trollstigen and now Aursjøvegen and even though Trollstigen is higher and more well known I rate the old Aursjøvegen best because it is more demanding and gives more of an adrenalin kick plus it's not overun with tourists..make it one of your 'must do' on your road trip to Norway...I highly recommend it !!Apologise for the poor quality but is was perfect before loading it up on youtube?

Street Bob 2007 SE204 Cams bikebandit48 2013-01-03 | My '07 Street Bob after just recently having SE204 Cams fitted, still needs a proper Dyno tune to get things set up perfect but runs strong and smooth. No other mods were done internally apart from SE adjustable pushrods which were fitted at the time of the cam install.,still a 96"er. Has SERT,SE freeflow airfilter and Vance and Hines Big Radius pipes.Apes are Burley 14" narrow apes, wheels are from the newer Street Bob apart from the rear rim which is from the Crossbones and is 17x6 fitted with 200/55-17 Metzeler,front tire being 110/90-19 Metzeler. Progressive 11" HD rear and PS drop in kit in the front and dropped 1". Lepera barebones seat. Trees,fork lowers,headlamp bezel, levers,battery band and rear fender support covers powdercoated black. Rear fender is of a newr model and the rear lamp rattlecanned as I'm not one much for chrome.
