Not sure why the rusty iron bow had 150 durability, but its base value is 4, while steel bow (free at weynon priory) is 6. So it seems to be bugged to be about as good as an iron bow/slightly worse than steel still.

LIMITS:
No spell reflect/absorb/magic resist over 85% UNLESS cast via spell
No Reflect Damage over 85% UNLESS cast via spell
No destruction
No conjuration
No ramping
Restoration, Mysticism, Alteration are fine.
Illusion is banned.
Poison cannot be used (hand 2 hand build)
Staffs are fine as utility but not for damage (Sanguine staff ok for example but no straight up magic nuke staff)
Custom spells are fine as long as they are basic effects/combos, no broken/OP combos.
(Basic effects like restore health/fatigue, no broken effects like 100% of anything (Spell absorb etc)

I can stack 85% magic resist with 85% spell reflect for example, but not hit 100% immunity for anything.

-Great/lesser powers are ok
-All poison including random drops/shop stock banned
-No early Umbra, Umbra can be killed at level 15+
-Fighters guild/main quest/daedric quests only
-No Farming
-Drawing out fights is ok but no explicit XP grinding
-NO SPELL MAKING
-NO CUSTOM ENCHANT MAKING
-Cannot exceed 85 Magic Resist, Spell Reflect, or Spell Absorb
-Cannot exceed 50% Damage Reflect
-If using Spell Reflect, Magic resist, AND SPELL ABSORB, the total % from these effects cannot exceed 115%, so if I have 85% magic resist, I cannot exceed 115%, so if I have 85% magic resist, I can't have over 30% spell reflect OR spell absorb.
-Sigil stone enchants are fine but I cannot rig them with reloading saves
-Clearing out dungeons is fine but I can only clear out a dungeon once and cannot reload saves to rig item drops
-Mundane Ring is banned due to ruleset, as the build I will be running defaults to 40 magic resist, so equipping it puts me at 90 which is against the rules.
-No Followers or leading NPCs to guards
-Must level up when able to, can delay for NPC training only.

If you find I am breaking any of these rules just let me know and I will waste 2k worth of gold to compensate : )

MUNDANE Master BUILD. Everything is banned! Pt 2

-Restoration is allowed but no custom spell making
-Destruction, Conjuration, Alchemy, Mysticism, Illusion, Alteration banned
-Great/lesser powers are ok
-All poison including random drops/shop stock banned
-No early Umbra, Umbra can be killed at level 15+
-Fighters guild/main quest/daedric quests only
-No Farming
-Drawing out fights is ok but no explicit XP grinding
-NO SPELL MAKING
-NO CUSTOM ENCHANT MAKING
-Cannot exceed 85 Magic Resist, Spell Reflect, or Spell Absorb
-Cannot exceed 50% Damage Reflect
-If using Spell Reflect, Magic resist, AND SPELL ABSORB, the total % from these effects cannot exceed 115%, so if I have 85% magic resist, I cannot exceed 115%, so if I have 85% magic resist, I can't have over 30% spell reflect OR spell absorb.
-Sigil stone enchants are fine but I cannot rig them with reloading saves
-Clearing out dungeons is fine but I can only clear out a dungeon once and cannot reload saves to rig item drops
-Mundane Ring is banned due to ruleset, as the build I will be running defaults to 40 magic resist, so equipping it puts me at 90 which is against the rules.
-No Followers or leading NPCs to guards
-No Poison stone nuke
-Must level up when able to, can delay for NPC training only.

If you find I am breaking any of these rules just let me know and I will waste 2k worth of gold to compensate : )
