Apple forced me to build a PC at the worst possible time.

I felt like I was forced to switch to PC since my Apple laptops kept breaking.

In this video I go through the struggles of building a custom during these price hikes, the difficulties picking components and whether or not it was worth all the effort.

This is an introduction into espresso, outlining the brief history of the evolution of the three waves of coffee, the unique attributes associated with espresso and how it differs when compared to other coffee preparation methods.

This will be a several part series detailing the importance of coffee beans, the science and importance of water for espresso, the role of the espresso machine and the importance of the grinder.

In addition to this I will outline the fundamentals of espresso preparation techniques, as well as the science behind the extraction process and how you can influence this by modulating the various parameters at your disposal as a barista.

This video is a deep dive into the Option-O Lagom P64 which I have now owned for a year. It is a 64mm flat burr espresso coffee grinder that is aimed at the home coffee enthusiast. It's incredibly versatile and is able to enable you to brew high quality espresso based drinks at home and to get the best tasting coffee out of your preferred coffee machine or brewing technique. I use this in conjunction with the La Marzocco Linea Mini Espresso Machine.
