🌸 Yoga Tips for Women with PCOD / PCOS
✅ Do’s:
* Practice yoga daily — especially hip-opening asanas like Baddha Konasana, Malasana, and Setu Bandhasana. * Include pranayama like Anulom Vilom or Nadi Shodhan to calm the nervous system and balance hormones. * Eat light, fresh, and Satvic meals — include fruits, vegetables, soaked nuts etc. * Sleep early and wake up early — hormonal healing happens when your circadian rhythm is balanced. * Keep yourself hydrated and practice gratitude or journaling to release emotional stress. * Take a 15–20 minute walk after every meal.
🚫 Don’ts:
* Avoid processed, oily, and refined foods — they block the flow of prana. * Avoid overexertion — PCOD healing needs patience and consistency, not intensity. * Don’t suppress emotions — emotional healing is as important as physical healing.
Things to remember 1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough. 2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practicing. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry-fit clothing while practicing yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas. 3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself. 4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

🔸 It is good to chew 2-3 leaves for 1-2 minutes a few times a week. It should not be chewed throughout the day.
🔸 Other ways to consume Tulsi is to make a tea by boiling it in water or having a Kada to treat cold and cough
🔸 Pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding women should avoid having it.
🔸 Tulsi is not sweet in nature; it is great for cleansing your mouth, salivary glands, and entire oral cavity. It can also help lower blood sugar levels.
🔸 As per Ayurveda, it also helps with 𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯, which is basically a layer of toxins that does not just stay on the tongue but builds up over all your senses. It helps break through that avaran, penetrate it, and clear the toxins so your senses—not just your taste buds or your mouth, but all of your senses—become more awake.
🔸 Anything bitter and astringent (especially bitter) is very good for breaking through that avaran; the bitter taste is especially important for the buccal cavity.
🔸 Research shows that consumption of Tulsi is associated with better mood regulation, sleep and overall immunity
It is also said that keeping a Tulsi plant at home purifies the air and fills the space with peace and positive energy 🌿3 Habits To Fight LazinessSatvic Yoga2025-10-07 | We all have those days when the body feels heavy, the mind feels dull, and even small tasks feel like too much.
That lazy, low-energy state is called tamas, when your body slows down and motivation just fades. 😴
But the good news is, you can fix it with a few small changes.
1️⃣ Eat an early, light dinner so you wake up feeling fresh. 2️⃣ Every two hours, stand up, stretch a bit, or do 10 quick jumping jacks. 3️⃣ Sit on the floor more often, it keeps your body active and grounded through the day.

🧘♂️ From monks in meditation to soldiers under pressure, people use this practice because it resets the mind and body.
Try it the next time anxiety rises, or start practicing now to build calm before it even begins! 🌸Secret to Where Your Healing Lies!Satvic Yoga2025-09-12 | I’ve spent over a decade sitting across people in therapy rooms. Different stories, different lives, yet one theme always showed up: almost everyone felt like they weren’t enough.
Many hoped someone else would fix it, whether a partner, a friend, or even therapy. But real change begins only when we take responsibility for our own lives.
What surprised me was that the biggest shifts didn’t always happen inside my office. Many times, they happened on the yoga mat. 🧘🏻♀️
I watched people soften old pain, build discipline, and reconnect with themselves through practice. Yoga gave them what words alone couldn’t, a way to feel whole in their own skin again. ❤️🩹
That’s the story of countless practitioners. And it could be yours too. 🌱Traditional Hatha Surya Namaskar Step by Step for Beginners | Why & How of Ancient Yoga In HindiSatvic Yoga2025-09-09 | Surya Namaskar is much more than a workout — it is a way to: 👉🏼 Activate your fire element (Agni) for better digestion & vitality 👉🏼 Align body, breath, and mind for inner balance 👉🏼 Awaken and energize the 7 chakras, from root to crown 👉🏼 Release stiffness from the spine, shoulders, and hips 👉🏼 Reduce stress, calm the mind, and increase focus

It’s called ‘saluting the sun’ because the sun represents life and energy. Practicing it at sunrise helps connect your body and mind with that energy, waking you up and preparing you for the day. ☀️
Start with just 1 round, then slowly, with consistent practice, increase the number of rounds. Each movement works your whole body while coordinating with your breath:
0 - Pranamasana – Prayer pose, hands at chest 1 - Hasta Uttanasana – Raised arms pose, backbend 2 - Padahastasana – Standing forward fold 3 - Ashwa Sanchalanasana – Equestrian pose, right leg back, chest open 4 - Parvatasana – Mountain pose, hips up (like an inverted V) 5 - Ashtanga Namaskara – Eight-point salute, knees–chest–chin on floor 6 - Bhujangasana – Cobra pose, chest lifted 7 - Parvatasana – Back to mountain pose 8 - Ashwa Sanchalanasana – Left leg forward, chest open 9 - Padahastasana – Forward fold 10 - Hasta Uttanasana – Raised arms pose, backbend70% of Your Mental Suffering Is Caused by THISSatvic Yoga2025-09-02 | Psychologists call this “secondary suffering.”
Research shows that when something painful happens, the brain reacts twice: first to the event itself, and then to the thoughts we attach to it.
That second reaction is what amplifies stress, anxiety, and even physical pain.
For example, studies on mindfulness found that people who practiced noticing pain without judgment reported up to 57% less distress.
The event still happens, but the mind doesn’t pile on extra arrows. 🏹
So next time you mess up, notice the story your mind is telling and choose a kinder one. That shift alone reduces most of the suffering we carry. 🌅Secret Messages In Lord Ganeshas Idol #ganeshchaturthiSatvic Yoga2025-08-27 | ...You Shouldn’t Have To Feel This WaySatvic Yoga2025-08-25 | Productivity guilt makes us believe rest is wasted time!
But if we look at how people lived in villages or even ancient times, there was a rhythm to life.
Work ended when the sun went down. 🌅 Evenings were for cooking, gathering, telling stories, or simply sitting in silence. That balance kept them healthier—mentally and physically. 😇
We’ve lost some of that today. Work follows us everywhere, and guilt creeps in the moment we slow down. 😢
You can bring that balance back too. 🌷
No matter when your workday ends, choose a time to switch off. Silence your phone if you need to. Do something small that relaxes you—read, stretch, cook, or sit quietly.

👉 You eat, and head straight to the couch. Scroll. Slouch. Nap. But here’s what’s happening inside your body:
❌ Lying down or slouching after meals puts pressure on your stomach ❌ Slows digestion ❌ Increases chances of acid reflux, bloating, and gas
Your digestive system works best when your body is upright and relaxed — not compressed.
✅ What to do instead? ✔️ Sit upright for 15–20 minutes after eating ✔️ Better yet, go for a light walk — it improves gastric motility and helps food move efficiently through the digestive tract ✔️ Avoid lying down for at least 1–2 hours post-meal
🧠 Your gut isn’t just where digestion happens — it’s deeply connected to your mood, energy, and immunity. So support it with small mindful habits. Your body will thank you!

That craving isn’t weakness — it’s unprocessed emotion and a sign of a blocked Mooladhara Chakra, the root of your energy system in yoga and Ayurveda.
The Mooladhara Chakra governs your sense of safety, stability, and survival. When it’s blocked, the mind constantly seeks comfort through habits like emotional eating, doom-scrolling, or overstimulation. Both yogic wisdom and modern psychology link these urges to unmet emotional needs and nervous system imbalances.
Real spiritual evolution doesn’t start with complex rituals or hours of meditation. It begins the moment you pause… before reacting to a craving. In that small breath of awareness, you reclaim your power.

Meditation isn't limited to sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed. It’s a state of presence — and you can access it through movement, art, sport, dance, or even working out. Whether you're flowing through a yoga sequence, lost in a painting, or fully immersed in a run, you're training your mind to be here, now.
True meditation is not about stillness of the body — it's about stillness of the mind. And that can happen in motion, in rhythm, and in flow.
If sitting still doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t mean you’re not meditating — it means your path is different. And that’s okay.I Have Grey Hair & I’m Proud of It!Satvic Yoga2025-07-11 | I Have Grey Hair & I’m Proud of It! Because it shows the journey of my last 39 years on this planet. 🌍
Isn’t greying a natural aging process? Why should any of us be answerable to people for staying natural? 🤔
Yes, a healthy lifestyle and yoga delays the aging process and also reverses it to a large extent and I see that in myself.
After cancer, my body was completely broken. My bones ached so much that I couldn’t walk even a 100 metres. I had put on 20 extra kilos due to steroids. I felt tired in both my body and mind. But after a Satvic lifestyle and yoga, I have healed immensely. 😊
I’m able to do strength training twice a week; teach and practice yoga on most days and do many physical activities like treks, hikes, cycling!
But most importantly, I feel young and joyful in my mind. I’m happier, more relaxed, curious and excited in my mind and heart. So as we age, the part of us we could try to retain is our childlike nature. The body will age and we must accept that.
Even though my body is older, my hair is greying a bit and my skin is not as fresh as it used to be 10 years ago, I feel that I’m so much wiser, compassionate and happy today than I was when I “LOOKED YOUNG”
The path of yoga is a path of self acceptance. Knowing fully well that our true nature is pure consciousness. Pure joy and love. The less attached we are to our bodies, the clearer this will become 🙏 . . . . #breakstereotypes #selfacceptance #acceptyourbody #acceptyourhair #naturalaging #gracefulaging #bodyacceptance #bodyimageMake Your Brain a Super Brain | Day 7 of Chakra CampSatvic Yoga2025-07-10 | 🧘 Join our 21-Day Yoga Sadhana Beginner Workshop: satvicmovement.org/workshops/yoga-sadhana-beginner/?utm_source=sy_yt&utm_medium=des&utm_campaign=chakra7

Want to boost your focus, sharpen memory, and access deeper intuition? It all begins with the Agya Chakra — your brain’s true power centre.
The Agya Chakra, also called the Third Eye Chakra, is located behind the space between your eyebrows — the Bhrumadhya. In yogic and psychological systems, this is the seat of buddhi (higher intelligence), the center of clarity, insight, and balance between logic and intuition.
This chakra connects and energizes both left and right brain hemispheres — your analytical, practical mind and your creative, intuitive side. When these two halves of the brain work in harmony, you experience:
Improved memory and concentration Enhanced creativity and emotional balance Clear decision-making and intuitive guidance Deeper understanding and ethical, mindful living In this session, you’ll learn the science and psychology of the Agya Chakra, practice balance-building and inversion-based asanas to improve blood flow to the brain, and finish with a powerful pranayama + tratak kriya to activate this inner light.
🧠 Insights from Yoga & Neuropsychology: Agya is not just about insight — it governs mental clarity, perspective, and memory Strengthening this chakra helps balance logic and intuition Practices like Anulom Vilom and Tratak sharpen the mind and bring focus inward This is the foundation of turning a regular brain into a super brainGentle Yoga & Brahmari Pranayama | Day 6 of Chakra CampSatvic Yoga2025-07-09 | 🧘 Join our 21-Day Yoga Sadhana Beginner Workshop: satvicmovement.org/workshops/yoga-sadhana-beginner/?utm_source=sy_yt&utm_medium=des&utm_campaign=chakra6

Do you struggle to speak up, express your feelings, or say “no” without guilt? Your Vishuddhi (Throat) Chakra might be blocked.
The Vishuddhi Chakra, or Throat Chakra, governs your ability to communicate clearly, express your truth, and set healthy boundaries. Located behind the throat, it’s the energetic center of speech, self-expression, and authenticity.
When blocked, you may experience:
Hesitation in group settings, even when you know what to say Emotional suppression and unexpressed needs People-pleasing behavior and inability to say "no" Thyroid imbalances, chronic throat issues, or tension in the neck This class blends psychology and yoga to help you understand the emotional root of these patterns. You’ll practice targeted asanas to unlock your throat region and restore energy flow in Vishuddhi. The session ends with a powerful guided meditation to help you reconnect with your inner voice — gently, truthfully, and without fear.
💙 Wisdom from Yoga & Psychology: Suppressed emotions often manifest as physical imbalances True expression is not just loudness — it’s authenticity with grace Inner power isn’t about control; it’s about clear, kind communication A balanced throat chakra helps you speak with strength and softness Whether you’ve faced years of silence, fear of judgment, or are simply learning to say what you mean — this class offers healing at both the emotional and physical level.Let Go of Old Hurt, Grief, Pain | Day 5 of Chakra Camp | Trauma HealingSatvic Yoga2025-07-08 | 🧘 Join our 21-Day Yoga Sadhana Beginner Workshop: satvicmovement.org/workshops/yoga-sadhana-beginner/?utm_source=sy_yt&utm_medium=des&utm_campaign=chakra5

If you’ve been carrying old emotional wounds, heartbreak, grief, or sadness — your Anahata Chakra may be blocked.
The Anahata Chakra, or Heart Chakra, is the energetic center of love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional resilience. It’s located in the spine behind the heart, and when open, it allows us to give and receive love freely, live joyfully, and form meaningful connections.
But when it’s blocked by pain from the past — childhood wounds, heartbreak, betrayal, grief, or disappointment — we feel heavy, closed off, and unable to trust. Emotional pain can sit like stagnant water in the heart, weighing us down for years, even decades.
In this class, you’ll learn the psychological and yogic understanding of the Anahata Chakra, followed by a deeply healing asana sequence and a calming heart-opening meditation. These practices help release emotional baggage and restore emotional flow, love, and gratitude.
You may experience tears or emotional release — and that’s a sign that your heart is beginning to heal.

After following this for the entire day, let us know in the comments how you feel :)
Struggling with bloating, constipation, or low energy? The real issue may lie deeper — in your Manipura Chakra.
The Manipura Chakra, also known as the Solar Plexus Chakra, is the power center of your body. Located behind the navel in the spine, this chakra governs digestion, metabolism, energy production, and your inner fire — called Jatharagni in yogic science.
When Manipura is blocked, it disrupts the function of the stomach, intestines, pancreas, liver, and leads to issues like:
Constipation, bloating, and indigestion Acidity and IBS Chronic fatigue or lack of motivation Emotional imbalances like anger, frustration, and low confidence This class combines cleansing yoga asanas, core-strengthening postures, and a powerful Surya Bhedana Kriya to activate and heal this vital energy center. You'll also learn how poor food choices — processed, heavy, and acidic foods — block Manipura, and how simple shifts in your diet can transform your gut and energy.
Yoga doesn’t just move the body — it moves your prana (life force). When your digestion improves, so does your mood, your clarity, and your willpower. The real glow comes from within.3 Monsoon Mistakes to Avoid ❌Satvic Yoga2025-07-07 | Did you know that monsoon habits can disturb your body’s natural balance and weaken immunity?
According to Ayurveda, this season aggravates both Vata and Kapha doshas, leading to issues like poor digestion, lethargy, low immunity, and even disturbed sleep. Small daily habits — like walking with damp feet, afternoon naps, or sipping cold drinks — can silently disrupt your energy and digestion.
To stay healthy during the rains, it’s important to:
Keep the feet warm and dry to balance Vata Avoid day sleeping, which increases Kapha and dullness Favour warm, herbal drinks that support jatharagni (digestive fire) Simple shifts like these help maintain physical energy, mental clarity, and a strong immune system through the monsoon.Overcome Low Mood & Feel Joyful | Day 3 of Chakra CampSatvic Yoga2025-07-06 | To feel a deeper connection with yourself, join our Yoga Sadhana Program: satvicmovement.org/workshops/yoga-sadhana-beginner/?utm_source=sy_yt&utm_medium=video_desc&utm_campaign=chakra3
Today's Sadhana/Activity : Swadhayay Diary - Take 15 minutes today to answer these self reflective questions in your notebook - http://bit.ly/44efCaA Do share your realisations in the comments.
Do you often feel guilty, not good enough, or stuck in the past? These emotions don’t just affect your mind — they block the Swadishthana Chakra, the energy centre responsible for self-worth, creativity, and emotional balance.
When this chakra is blocked, we store feelings of shame, regret, and self-doubt deep in the pelvic region. Over time, this can manifest as physical issues like PCOD, irregular periods, infertility, or chronic tension in the hips and lower back.
But here’s the good news: Through specific pelvic-opening asanas and chakra-based meditation, you can begin to release these suppressed emotions, reconnect with your inner self, and experience true emotional healing.
🌺 Yogic Wisdom for Swadishthana Healing: Your relationship with yourself shapes how you show up in the world Releasing old guilt can lead to physical healing and renewed energy Regular practice can transform self-judgment into self-acceptance ✅ Yoga Practice Do’s & Don’ts: DO: ✔ Practice gently — this chakra responds to softness ✔ Focus on the pelvis and tailbone with awareness ✔ Journal after practice to process emotions
DON’T: ✘ Force deep stretches — emotional release needs time ✘ Ignore emotional triggers that arise — observe without judgment ✘ Skip rest — healing happens in stillness too
Today's Sadhana/Activity : One great activity to balance Mooladhara Chakra is to connect with the Earth. So today, walk barefoot on grass or soil for 15 minutes. During this time, feel a deep connection with the Earth element under your feet and avoid being on your phone. Fully surrender to Mother Earth and allow her to heal your Mooladhara. Share your experience in the comments.
Your Mooladhara chakra governs your sense of stability, daily energy, and discipline. When blocked, it shows up as procrastination, cravings, and emotional heaviness.
Our ancestors began their day in a squatting position — not by chance, but because Malasana (Yogi Squat) activates the Root Chakra and gets energy flowing. Modern lifestyles keep us seated, stagnant, and disconnected from our bodies. But small shifts like walking while on calls, taking stairs, or sitting on the floor to eat can reawaken your energy.
This flow can help you increase the flow of energy in the Mooladhara area leaving you more energised and motivated for your day ahead!
✅ Yoga Do’s and Don’ts: DO: ✔ Practice on an empty stomach ✔ Keep the spine erect during kriyas ✔ Focus awareness on the base of the spine ✔ Move consciously throughout the day
DON’T: ✘ Strain during Pranayama ✘ Sit all day after morning yoga ✘ Expect overnight change — consistency is key

🍞 Maida (Refined White Flour) – Zero fiber, zero nutrition. It clogs your gut, slows digestion, and causes bloating, constipation, and acidity. ⚙️ Exact Mechanism: How Maida Can Cause Constipation 1. Loss of Fiber During Refining Whole wheat has three parts: bran (fiber), germ (nutrients), and endosperm (mostly starch). Maida is made by removing bran and germ, leaving mostly starch and gluten. This process strips away nearly all dietary fiber, which is essential for gut motility. 2. Low Fiber → Reduced Stool Bulk Insoluble fiber in whole grains adds bulk to stool and holds water. Bulkier stools stimulate the colon via stretch receptors, prompting peristalsis (muscular contractions). Without fiber (as in maida), stools are smaller, harder, and drier, which: Slows colon transit time. Reduces bowel movement frequency. 3. Slower Transit → More Water Absorbed The longer stool remains in the colon, the more water is reabsorbed. This dries out the stool further, making it more difficult to pass — a key cause of constipation. 4. Refined Carbohydrates Disrupt Gut Flora Maida provides rapidly digestible starches but no prebiotic fiber. This can disturb the balance of gut microbiota (especially fiber-fermenting bacteria like Bifidobacteria), which help in regular bowel movements. 5. Lack of Stimulus for Peristalsis Fiber mechanically stimulates intestinal wall movement. A low-fiber meal (e.g., maida-based roti, pasta, or bread) fails to trigger strong contractions, leading to sluggish digestion.
🍬 White Sugar – Empty calories that age your skin, mess with your hormones, and drain your energy. It even leeches collagen! Sugar spikes blood sugar, causes inflammation, messes with your gut bacteria, and wrecks your mood and energy. For me, it meant constant fatigue and mood swings. Research also links cancer growth to high amounts of sugar, especially in soft drinks & processed foods because it gives cancer cells quick energy.
I removed these 10 years ago and replaced them with ancient millets (like jowar, bajra, ragi), and jaggery in moderation. My skin is clearer, digestion smoother, and energy more stable than ever.
If you want glowing skin, a lighter gut, and better health—start with what’s on your plate.

Touch activates nerve endings in your fingertips, sending signals to your brain that food is coming — enhancing saliva production and gut readiness. In Ayurveda and yogic philosophy, eating with your hands is seen as a sacred act that connects body, mind, and spirit. It’s not just cultural — it’s biological, psychological, and spiritual wisdom in action. 🍛🤲

Exposure to natural light in the first hour after waking helps regulate your circadian rhythm, supports healthy cortisol release, and improves overall energy levels throughout the day. People who follow this practice often find they need less caffeine and feel more alert naturally.
🌅 Sunlight and Cortisol: Morning sunlight triggers a healthy spike in cortisol—a hormone often misunderstood as a stress signal. In the right rhythm, it helps you feel awake, focused, and motivated.
☕ Nature’s Coffee: Just 1–2 minutes of sun gazing (not staring directly at the sun, but letting morning light hit your eyes indirectly) can give you a gentle, sustainable energy boost without the crash.
🌿 Circadian Health = Better Sleep + Better Mood: By syncing with the sun, your body learns when to wake, when to be alert, and when to rest. This balance leads to deeper sleep, improved mood, and even better metabolism.
🕖 Start with a 7 AM wake-up, then adjust gradually to 6 AM for maximum benefit. A slow transition helps your internal clock reset naturally, especially if you've been a night owl.
💡 Pro Tip: Try stepping outside or sitting by a sunlit window within 15–30 minutes of waking. Consistency matters more than perfection.

This insecurity can create a lens of doubt and fear in adult relationships. A powerful way to begin healing is through appreciation. When you genuinely acknowledge others — even for small acts — it not only makes them feel seen but opens your own heart. This simple habit activates the Anahata (heart) chakra, helping you build deeper connections and shift your internal narrative from fear to love. Discover 4 powerful yogic habits that can elevate your body, mind, and energy in this transformative video. Rooted in ancient yogic science and validated by modern research, these daily practices include:
Morning Visualisation – Activate your mind’s creative potential and set your day’s direction with focused intention. Yogis have used sankalpa (intent) for centuries, and neuroscience now supports that visualization improves performance and emotional regulation. Cold Showers (Ishnan) – A vital yogic kriya to awaken the nervous system and boost immunity. Modern studies confirm cold exposure enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and elevates mood via dopamine release. Neem Consumption – Revered in Ayurveda and yogic cleansing routines, neem purifies the blood, supports gut health, and sharpens mental clarity. Its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties are well-documented in modern herbal science. Daily Sungazing (During Safe Hours) – Yogis practice sun gazing at sunrise or sunset to boost prana (life force) and reset the circadian rhythm. Research shows morning sunlight helps regulate melatonin, improves sleep, and supports mental well-being. Tap into this timeless wisdom — practical, powerful, and deeply transformative. You’re not alone. Many of us start our mornings feeling anxious — but there's a simple, ancient tool that can help calm your mind and bring clarity: Jap Mala meditation.
Chanting a mantra just 108 times each morning helped me find inner peace and reduce anxiety — without medication, apps, or complicated routines.
You can use any mantra that resonates with you, like: 🕉️ Om Namah Shivaya 🙏 Hare Krishna Mahamantra 🌸 Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Or even a simple affirmation in your own language or faith.
What You Need ⬇️ Mala Beads 📿 A mala is a string of 108 beads, plus one larger bead called the "guru bead" or "meru bead." It's used to keep count while chanting.
Mantra 🗣️ A mantra is a sacred sound, word, or phrase that you repeat to yourself. Popular mantras for beginners include "Om," "Om Namah Shivaya," or "So Hum."
Steps to Practice Japa Chanting with a Mala ⬇️
Find a Comfortable Spot 🧘♀️ ✨ Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight. You can sit on the floor cross-legged or on a chair.
✨ Take a few deep breaths to relax. Hold the Mala Properly 📿 ✨ Hold the mala in your right hand, and drape it over your middle finger. ✨ Use your thumb to move the beads. Avoid using the index finger, as in traditional practice, it represents the ego. Start with the Guru Bead 📿 ✨ Locate the larger bead (the guru bead). This is where you begin and end your chanting. ✨ Do not count the guru bead; just use it as a marker to know when you have completed a round. Chant Your Mantra 🧘♀️ ✨ Close your eyes and focus on your breath. ✨ Start with the first bead next to the guru bead. ✨ As you hold the bead, chant your mantra out loud, whisper it, or repeat it silently in your mind. ✨ After chanting once, move to the next bead using your thumb. Repeat the mantra for each bead. Move Around the Mala 📿 ✨ Continue until you reach the guru bead again, chanting on each of the 108 beads. If you wish to do another round, do not cross over the guru bead. Instead, turn the mala around and go back the way you came, reversing direction. End with Gratitude When you finish a full round, take a moment to sit quietly, feeling the vibrations of the mantra. You can hold the guru bead in your hand and silently thank it for guiding your practice. . .
✨ Try it for just 7 days and notice the shift in your mornings.

If you often judge yourself, overthink, or react emotionally, try ending your day with this simple yet powerful self-reflection practice. Rooted in the yogic concept of Swadhyaya (self-study), these 3 daily questions can help you reset your mind, improve your habits, and reconnect with your purpose.
🌙 Ask Yourself Before You Sleep: Did I react unnecessarily today? Learn to respond instead of react and reduce stress and regret. What did I learn today? Internalise lessons and create space for growth and curiosity. Did I follow my routine and eat well today? Your future depends on your daily habits — physical, mental, and emotional. These questions boost self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and improve your overall well-being — from mental health to physical fitness and habit building.
You don’t need perfection — just consistent reflection. Small daily awareness leads to massive transformation over time.
