How I Work Out: VEDA 2021 Day 6 juststeveschannel 2021-04-07 | The workout I do, when I do a workout. It's actually important NOT to pursue fitness JUST by running alone, and doing so can lead to all sorts of injury problems eventually, so every now and then I try to bring some balance to my exercise regime. I am not good at it. I could fall back on that rationale of "not bad for my age" or "pretty good for having five stents in place," but who ever wants to live with that kind of qualifier?
