By foot, the surrounding block doesn't have a whole lot going on just yet, but there are plenty of development plans in the works. Give it another few years and this will be a vibrant street corner. Bosa is from British Columbia and has become known for several notable buildings in the Vancouver skyline. Insignia was their first leap into Washington state. They have a great reputation for building a quality product with attention to detail, and I have to say insignia is no exception! There are 690 units total within these two towers, making it the biggest condo building in Seattle. With this many units, you can always expect some sort of inventory for sale. PRICING:1 bedrooms are in the mid 600’s-to mid 700’s.2 bedrooms range from the high 800’s going up to around 2 million3 bedroom penthouses are 3-4 million You can expect units to come with a parking spot, and many of the 2 bedrooms actually come with 2 parking spots- which is a rare perk for downtown condos. ’s important to note that they do require a 20% downpayment and only have 3 verified lenders you can use. This won’t always be the case, I’m not going to dive into why in this video but- as a buyer that can be a big pro for you, because it’s harder to buy in the building units are sitting a little longer and many are going below list price.
