By the time I found out about it I had little time left to make a track and submit it, so it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. The Chase Thirs7y 2022-01-07 | I've been trying to learn about mastering, so I decided to focus more on that at the end of this project and I really like how it turned out. I used METAL-GTX for the guitars and mostly Vital for the rest of the instruments. As I usually do, I am showcasing the project file, although I replaced the audio with the mastered version of it, wich is in another RPP file.I hope you enjoy it!

LMMS electric guitar demo (part 2) Thirs7y 2019-10-27 | I took another shot at making a somewhat realistic guitar using samples and midi. I used the "METAL-GTX" guitar soundfont and "Standard Bass V2", both by Unreal Instruments:unreal-instruments.wixsite.com/unreal-instruments/metal-gtxunreal-instruments.wixsite.com/unreal-instruments/standard-bassThe song is "No Bullets Fly" by Sabaton, I used part of that song to test the soundfonts because I found the tab for it online, it has fast notes, muted notes, harmonics and many other guitar techniques perfect to test the soundfont, and I really like the song.The soundfont by itself is not really useful, to make it sound like a metal guitar you'll need an amp and cabinet simulator. This was the first time I edit a video so the audio was bad the first time I uploaded this, so I deleted the old one and reuploaded it, and then reuploaded it a second time, maybe that wasn't a good idea, but the audio quality is good, so I'm happy... I really hate google, WHY can't we replace videos?! The animations turned out cool tho.

The first time I something orchestral I wasn't very experienced with soundfonts. Now that I know a little more about them, I decided to give it another try.The audio is a bit low. [LMMS Music] - Ethereal Dreams Thirs7y 2018-10-14 | Something short I made, not too complicated. I was trying to make synthwave but I ended up with this... thing, and I thought it sounded pretty good (it kinda sounds like new age), so I decided to share it. LMMS electric guitar demo Thirs7y 2018-08-30 | Ok. So for a few months now I've been trying to emulate the electric guitar (because I don't know how to play a real one :P). As you can see these are not real guitars, they are just guitar pickup soundfonts passed through digital amps and cabinets. The result somewhat resembles an electric guitar, though it has its problems. For some reason the rhythm guitar has some ugly resonances when certain chords are played, I tried to mitigate them as much as I could with EQ but I'm still not completely happy with the result. I think this is a problem with the samples and not the amps and effects, since other people use those same effects with real guitars and it sounds really good (or maybe I'm just using them wrong).I tried to find good guitar samples that that had lower notes than a standard tuned guitar would provide but I just couldn't find anything else, so If you know any other free pickup soundfonts/vst/samples/libraries please share it in the comments, it would be very appreciatedThe song is "Hail To The King" by Avenged Sevenfold. [LMMS Cover] Kingdom Hearts II - Dearly Beloved Thirs7y 2018-08-18 | A remake of Dearly Beloved, one of the most beautiful pieces of music in video games. This one was really difficult to make, and it took me a really long time, but I'm kinda happy with the result. I'm still somewhat new to soundfonts so feedback is very much appreciated.Enjoy :)
[LMMS Cover] Halo Reach - Ashes Thirs7y 2018-06-06 | Halo Reach was one of my favourite games and it has one of the best soundtracks in video game history (in my opinion), this track fits perfectly with the ending of the mission "New Alexandria", a really horrific view as covenant ships glass the surface of the city. This piece took me 2 days to remake by ear, I tried to be as faithful to the original as possible.Enjoy :)

I think it turned out kinda good nonetheless, I'm actually really surprised how sad it sounds, I've tried to make sad songs unsuccessfully before and this is the first time I think I succeeded.I really hope you like it. [LMMS Cover] Golden Sun - The Elemental Stars Thirs7y 2018-02-25 | Just finished "Golden Sun: The Lost Age" yesterday and I loved it, I've been wanting to play it since I finished the first one years ago. I really liked this song, it sounds mystic and kinda sad. And to think such a masterpiece could sound so good in the GBA's crappy sound card.This song was relatively easy to replicate by ear and I had a blast making it, whether I did a good job or not, I really don't know. LMMS: project 2 Thirs7y 2017-05-08 | Here's another song I made in LMMS, this time with a few automations, white noise, and using ONLY tripple oscillators (beats included). It's nothing fancy, but I did spend 4 hours annoying the crap out of my neighbors testing the volume of the different tracks with my crazy loud speakers, just to make sure it sounded good.Enjoy! :)
My first song in LMMS Thirs7y 2017-04-22 | So I've been messing around with a web program called onlinesequencer.net but it doesn't have many instruments and they all sound like sh*t, so I wanted to try a more professional one. I came across FL Studio but the price was too damn high! And I found LMMS yesterday, I saw some tutorials and threw this thing together. Definitely not the most fancy song, but hey, sounds better than anything I've done so far.Enjoy! :)
