Sci-fi Animated Short Series | Eccentria - Chapter 1 (4K PREVIEW) Falconite 2022-10-20 | I once again have underestimated how long it would take me to finish the first part of my animated series - go figure! Haha. However, I have officially completed the opening shot of the first part and I am just too excited not to share. It's been weeks and weeks of work on 10 seconds haha. I've learned some valuable lessons over these 7 months about when to be a perfectionist and where to spend my time. I'll be releasing each part as a premiere so we can watch it together! Eccentria Preview (Widescreen) 4K Falconite 2022-09-27 | Welcome to Eccentria. This is the set piece city that will be featured in an animation series I've been daydreaming about for about 6 years. I'm going to release a 4 song EP along with the 1st of 5 animations. Then animations 2-5 will feature one song from the EP. The songs were made ages ago with this idea in mind. I just never had the skill to even think of attempting it. I still think it's insane to do, but I'm taking a leap and going to try to bring this story to life. I hope you can join me! Focus and Concentration [Animation] Falconite 2021-08-28 | Focus and concentration - the second song on my upcoming EP. Went into darker territory with this one. This scene was created in Unreal Engine and its metahuman creator. Also my first time hand animating such a detailed face rig. I kitbash3d'd to get that brutalist edge I wanted and created a cathedral of sorts. I think the lighting took me the longest - not the rendering. I even attempted to do post processing in engine and did. So I didn’t bring this into after effects this time for post work. Cool stuff! UE4 is powerful. The first half of the EP is heavy while the second half lightens up and becomes less serious.
