The parallels were too good to miss out on supplying footage for.
Check pinned comment for about why there was such a long gap between uploads.

The amount of time it took to get the footage to actually work with my editing software was way longer than I care to really go into detail about. Sadly, this is the best this is going to get since it was quite the struggle to even get this amount of footage working. Just as a heads up, I'm not ready to be doing regular remixes again, I still have a promise I intend on keeping and I have some very special projects I am working on in the background that I hope you guys will really like when it's finished. In the meantime, please continue to humor me with Final Fantasy Tactics.

We got locked into the first random battle in a while so I thought I'd show it. We also get into a little poaching and training. It's a skill that requires you to be in the thief job class to learn, but it KOing a monster with a gun, knife, or fist with block all hope if it reviving. It's side benefit will open up new items, weapons, and armor within the fur shop depending what you kill and how many of it. There are other details to the fur shop, but I won't bore you with the details.
Plot will be guaranteed next part.
And it's here along chapter 2 ends and 3 begins. From here on out, we get the interesting characters and we'll be recruiting some pretty cool ones. I'll be sure to try to showcase as many as I can at least once.
He certainly looks like him. This is the very last fight in the chapter. There's a cutscene following it, but it's kinda too drawn out for a so the next part is dedicated to that unfortunately. Just keep in mind, this guy spams moves that puts people to sleep and death sentence. If you're not familiar with the latter, if you can afflicted with it, you are placed under a timer. Can't finish the battle, it's an instant KO, however, you can still be revived. As long as you can wake people up and have plenty of phoenix downs, like me, you'll be fine. He's more of an annoyance than a real threat since he expects you more to attack your friends and rely on death sentence than attacking him.
We won't be be seeing that joyk anymore. With that said, after next battle, we'll officially have reached the half way point. Also, as a heads up, the parts have been cut in this way they will be for the sake of preventing awkward cuts.
It's round 3 and he's actually annoying for once with his Night Sword spam. As I mentioned, it's best you have teleport or ignore height because this battle will become far more difficult otherwise.
Sorry it has taken so long to upload had to research and deal with a massive annoyance that has prevented me from doing much else. It's not over, but there's not much else I can do about it.
As you can see, Gafgarion and his buddies are mostly and stricly anti summoner. As that battle ends, a battle for princess Ovelia's sanity begins.
As we slowly reach towards the end of the chapter, we get another appearance of Gafarion. What does he want now?
The song roundabout was obtained from Freedom Music. I would do a soundfont remix of the song, but I don't have enough time to remix it nor is there a readily midi available to prepare a soundfont remix any faster.
As a side note, you have to be rather high/drunk or be in a rather strict self imposed challenge to not keep her in your party. White Knights are one of the best special job classes. Would be nice to be accessible to the custom characters at the very least, but it's still nice to have around with their move pool. But yeah, she is very useful for anyone until you start getting the very special and unique characters that come late game.
With access to katanas, we finally have THE endgame jobclass setup. the ability pool and equipment setup is currently another story. If you're wondering why mediator, it's THE best means of grinding. Because of the nature of the skills, you can stall out battles for as long as you want to get JP and exp for as long as you want without hurting anyone. PLUS, if you drop an enemy's brave below 5, they turn into a chicken, run away, never really attack. There's other stuff you can do, but it makes it so every move can be valid for the purpose of grinding or messing with your enemy. Why drop brave? It affects counter rates and I believe monk damage rates amonst other things. Faith dropping also has benefits as well on the magic side of things. Just have it on who you want to grind with at the moment.
As we finish off the battle we see cut scenes come back with a vengeance.
Kidnappings, jewels being polished, picking off the medieval mob with magic and guns.
Not much to say except, except zombie slaying in a marsh next part.
It's pretty straight forward, we get to really devastate the undead in this map BIG TIME.
After a massive plot dump(and some cut loading times), we got most of one battle feature a pair of deadly summoners. From this point out, we start getting more diverse job classis and they get DEADLY.
Here's a demonstration as to why you don't bother saying you want to save the characters. It makes clearing a level SO MUCH HARDER. Especially when they will go out of their way to dogpile on the rescue target.
Didn't take long to get betrayed again. Also, easiest rescue mission ever.
It will make sense in the battle. Aside from the battle, we finally have the materials need to get my personal setup, but I still don't have the weapons needed to make good use of it.
It's pretty much as it says. We have side quests that really boost JP and we get some needed upgrades along the way.
Looks like hitmen are taking a shining to us. Shame they won't live that long to really see it through.
FINALLY. We are at the end of the first chapter. Not much to say except, things are going to get more interesting from here on out.
As we see Algus' final hour, I am reminded how useless and douchy he was the entire ride.
On a side note, i do have something in store for next week aside from the usual stuff.
After this battle, we finally finish this chapter. That aside, it's here I show you how powerful and gamebreaking it is to be allowed to use "two swords".
Minisode 1 - Easter Egg Attempt Failure
What was suppose to happen, but I got it to work during my off screen grinding was a normal enemy would turn into a chicken. This happens when you debuff the brave to 0 or at least less than 5. When that happens, they will never attack and keep running away. It makes for a good grinding opportunity by ganging up on an single enemy and heal them when they get weak. Since their brave is 0, Physical based counter effects will almost never work.
As Miluda faces her final hours, I make an attempt to show off an interesting easter egg.
If you ever wonder why I stripped Algus of everything, you know now. I also finally do a little more editing, but you'll see it soon enough.
Also, screw Algus.
I will admit, not much is here besides story, but I really feel like making Algus naked. To save you all the insanity and reduce the amount of parts, I'm going to do some off screen grinding to get everyone up to par.
Well, that didn't last long, I took her out before she was a threat. Now introducing a new type of win condition which essentially amounts to a boss fight. Because of the footage at the time, I had to make this part and the next part, which is going to be brought out an hour later, be uploaded in tandem.
To go further into detail from what I said about why I added Frisk and Chara into my party. Tell me of a human that uses knifes, talk their way into buffing/debuffing enemies and allies, invite people that want them dead into becoming friends, attack far enough to get them to spare them, and potentially earn money from that. You can get frisk and character, but the mediator job class can just that.
Basically, I adapted the two into one character slot which is rather fitting and appropriate if you think about it. Go right ahead and try it out on your playthrough, it adds a little undertale into your final fantasy which is technically canon. Anyone you add is technically canon to the story since they worked with Razma.
Seriously, Frisk and Chara become the MVP in this map. No much goes on aside our heroes trip to the Rat Cellar. If you want a good approach for the Rat Cellar, this would be a really good point of reference.
In retrospect, I probably could have point out the Knight named Woody.
[Bonus to make up for not uploading last friday]
Things really pick up when we learn about an activist army.
My goal within the party is to Unlock two very special job classes. To get it on this version, I require the Knight and Archer to be at level 3, Monk and Thief at level 4, and Lancer and Geomancer at level 2. The benefits that come from it can get quite disgusting in a good way.
In retrospect with this recording session, I should have decreased the volume of the emulator. Unfortunately, I can't do it mid recording so the audio will be much better next session batch which will appear after 3 parts.
It starts slow, but I gain momentum. When I was a child that played this for the first time, I would never be able to beat this particular battle during the time I rented it. After finally getting my own copy of the game, I played more and this is where I learned human enemies in story battles are always at fixed levels and realized this can be easily exploited. For the people playing or using this as a sort of Guide, by the end of the chapter, I recommend having your party around level 14.
I honestly won't blame you if you decide to skip for the next part after looking at this. I kinda went into auto pilot on this fight. Next part, it gets more personal.
They claim they haven't seen each other in a long time, but they just saw each other literally 2 days ago.
Sorry for the late upload. Been a bit under the weather and unable to take care of it. To spare some trouble, I'll spare you guys most of the random battles and do any grinding that happens off-screen. However, I will leave a surprise new party member next episode.
With plot exposition out of the way, we finally can start making progress.
Also, for the sake of clarity, by permanent, I mean, the speed up remains until the end of the battle.
Introducing what mostly be my main party for the entire game. These people I got their permission for them to be here in spirit, but these are all people who are either some of my online friends or some of my youtube influences. To go with that spirit, most of them will be adapted based on references to their own channels, which I'll start adding annotations to starting the first battle during their turns.
---------------------------------------------
Also, I forgot to note, regarding the glitch and for clarity. Under normal circumstances, you can't select skills you can't afford or already purchased. However, when you finally can do it with this glitch it's how it's triggered. This means, you have to purchse a skill you can't afford at the moment. Using skills you already bought, but currently can't afford to "buy" again also count. You can also up scroll holding the square button.
Talk about your unlikely cameos. If anyone's wondering, whether they live or not doesn't matter that much since they will be replaced by special guests.
Just as a heads up, if a part is shorter than usual, I'll be uploading a secondary party for the day since youtube no longer lets me upload long videos anymore for some reason and wants me verified.
For the sake of pacing, I leave this second part which is mostly plot exposition and the second half of the fight. Funny enough, I completely forgot saving was a thing after the plot expo. and oddly only remember only really having free reign after what comes next. I guess I got a lot to re-remember.
It's been a long time coming and now I can make good to this promise. Hopefully, we can use this as a chance to really chat. I know I respond to comments, but I really want to talk with everyone so I will respond to everyone.
As a reminder, this is a special run, story based characters will mostly be avoided in use. Only time they will be use if it's important for them to be there thematically or it's mandatory. The only characters being used is Ramza and custom characters.
That said, lets enjoy this jouney and see what this game has to offer.
FEVER TIME!!!
Availability permitting, if all goes well, I will finally keep good to my promise I mentioned on that "An Update with Graditude" video on Wednesday. Incidentally, so I have time to prepare to give "My Best Nightmare" and "Save the World" The Touhou treatment. This "promise" with replace the normal remixes for a couple of weeks, but will also show up on Mondays and fridays. Once either/or is ready, I'll have them up in tandem with my promised videos.

Man it's been a while since I've done one of these. Doesn't help my sleep schedule is seriously out of way. There may be some delays like this time. Hopefully, I can fill the void with actually keeping good about my promise.

Happy Halloween. Yes, the musically icy motif was intentional. There's a strong possibility I won't be able to get the last two songs I have already finished remixing. The problem lies in recording/gather the necessary footage. Especially if I want to place attention to detail.

Unfortunately, last week, I couldn't supply an upload because I had to deal with blackout chains throughout the entire week prior. Also, this took me 3 weeks to get ready(partly due to the blackout chains).

Special thanks to Allochii and The Gecko Ninja of the Gaijin Gamers for giving me permission to use of their undertale footage use.
The editing work took me way longer than I'd like to admit. Especially since this was my first major/unique edit. I really hope this edit pays off.(Edit: Apparently, youtube borked the audio because the Ruins theme was originally looping once more before Snowdin. Now much I can do about it unfortunately unless you want me to take this down and spend another full day editing it again.)

As a fair warning, the next 3 may take quite a while so expect delayed uploads.. The reason for that will require me to unlock Phantasm Mode and record key moments from SEVERAL touhou games(With one of the several as well) just so I can give a lot of attention to detail.
