Caltrain Equipment from Stadler Heading West, 8-20-22 Gary Perazzo 2022-08-21 | The Caltrain equipent went through Rocklin about 12:23 PM arriving at Roseville shortly there after. There was no crew on duty till 2:15 PM and the train finally departed Roseville about 3:15 PM. I had gone home, had lunch and awaited to see it depart RV on ATCS which is when I headed west to West Causeway where it passed me about 3:55 PM.
ICE Train North American Tour 93, Sacramento 8-26-93 Gary Perazzo 2022-05-27 | Besides the Swedish built X2000, Siemens also offered testing and a tour with their ICE Train. While the X2000 only stopped in Sacramento, the ICE train went on display in Old Sacramento at CSRM. Sacramento is headquarters for, what is today, Siemens Mobility where Amtrak locomotives and passenger cars are built.

SP 2472 Departs NCRy for Sonoma, February 29, 2020 Gary Perazzo 2020-03-01 | The Golden Gate Railroad Museum is moving its equipment from the Niles Canyon Railway to Sonoma County. These are some of the last pieces to be moved. From here they will go to Fairfield where Cal Northern with take them to Napa Jct. for the Northwestern Pacific to move to Sonoma County over the next few days. The weather started out very sunny but cold and very windy. Then the clouds moved it and the lighting deteriorated. The drone did very well under the gusty conditions.

The BARPAS with the steam loco evidently tied up at Escalon around 4PM due to lack of crew. I wasn't really trying to carefully video anything else. There were about 12 trains in three hours, but i was focused on the BARPAS, albeit the wrong one.

Wounded Charger Returns to Chicago, and Other Trains Gary Perazzo 2020-02-22 | On Thursday, 2-20 Train #5 hit a cement truck east of Reno damaging the lead new SC-44 unit. After about 5 hours of delay the train arrived at Emeryville. On 2-21 train #6 returned with the damaged unit second out in the consist. It left Emeryville about 5 hours late in keeping with Amtrak tradition. In the process of waiting for both trains I videoed others.

Highball Florin February 10, 2020 Gary Perazzo 2020-02-11 | I was at Florin because UP was supposed to pick up two Caltrain cars from Siemens. It never happened. I was there from 10AM to 5PM. I normally don't run entire freight trains in my videos but I couldn't resist that 101 car tank train. It looked so sleek and uniform and was moving at a good clip.
