Catching Some River Pike

NorwegianWoods 2020-07-17 | In this video I go out looking for some Norwegian river Pike. I did fish from shore one afternoon and from my boat the next day. I got a few small pike and some really enjoyable time in the outdoors.

The whole video was filmed on a Sony RX0 with a Azden SMX-30 microphone on top. This is the first video I make with this little setup. I had some problems with exposure in a few shots but I hope the video turned out ok.

3 Days Alone In The Norwegian Wilderness

NorwegianWoods 2020-06-26 | In this video I spend 3 days and 2 nights alone in the Norwegian wilderness. It was the weekend of midsummer of 2020. I had some good fishing and a really nice experience. There was a lot of rain on the last night(over 45mm), but the sleep system held up great. I also had a thunderstorm passing near by.
This was not a typical bushcraft trip. I was inside a Nature Reserve (Nationalpark) so I had a few restrictions on what I could do. I slept in my AMOK Hammock and brought a Optimus butane stove.
I managed to catch some small Pike and a some really big Perch. They tasted really nice as well :)

There are many small tweaks that can be made to these setups to make them work in different scenarios. Just be creative! If any of you know any setups that you think is better, please let me know.

I guess that with a different shaped tarp there would be other options. In this video my tarp is 3x3 meter.

Old School Norwegian Perch Fishing
