Released in 1993, (Originally aired on the Fox Kids Saturday Morning lineup on May 1, 1993. i remember waking up super early that morning to catch it) this was supposedly the pilot for a planned series. It was later released on video, packed with an exclusive 'Ted' dummy action figure, who was featured in the film.

MTV News: MxPx and the Rise of Christian Punk Kamikaze Productions 2022-06-03 | in 1997 i had recorded to VHS tape an MTV News story on tooth and nail records and mxpx, but because VCRs are dumb, i accidentally recorded over the ending with the next music video on a later date. i've written mtv countless times through the years. never got a response. and then the Magnified Pod podcast apparantly posted the full video yesterday. however, it was an official studio archival tape, so there is a rather obtrusive timecode, as well as some pretty bad interlace ghosting from mismatched frame priority. so i just now captured my VHS tape, and stuck their ending to my tape recording to have a full version available. (i also added the first 4 seconds to mine, since i wasnt as quick to hit record)

Night Trap: The VHS Movie (Screaming Villains Cut) Kamikaze Productions 2018-11-22 | i was going to upload this to my main channel, but it's still under review due to "copyright blah blah" so i figured i'd put this here for the time being, then once that blows over, i'll post it over there. this is just simply a trasnfer of the VHS tape that came with the Nintendo Switch collector's edition. i did not add any sort of changed to the actual tape (i did add the vcr effects at the beginning and the end because i just thought it looked cool :D ) so yeah, here is the tape as it was originally edited and sent out :)the edit of this cut was actually handled by Tyler who did the night trap release, so there are alot of differences between his cut and mine, a lot less video was used, and he made some different story choices. oh well. there ya go :)

WOW! so i wanted to put it to tape. hah.

Zao - The Splinter Shards The Birth Of Separation (vinyl at 27 rpm) Kamikaze Productions 2018-10-11 | a few years back i got a new turntable with more or less DJ features. I wanted to know what this record would sound like slowed down, because Shawn's vocals were so shrieky. so i detuned the turntable negatively as far as it would go, then i multiplied that by 20% more. it turned out the platter was then spinning at about 27 rpm. at that point i just recorded the sound onto my pc. after the audio was captured, the songs were significantly slower. so what i did was imported the wav files from the cd into my DAW, and then re-timed the tracks to match the original speed, but maintaining the recorded pitch. so now the songs are back up to the same musical speed as the original release, but that pitch is still much lower. because i have brought the speed back up, there are times when it sounds like the sound waves are crashing against each other to be heard. most notably during blast beats and such. it can be jarring at a few points. but all in all it is still a very unique way to listen to this 20 year old record :) 0:00 1.
