I already know for certain that I'm going to buy every single book John Green has ever written. This contest has been the most fun contest I've ever participated in, and it keeps me vidding the fandom I love most: Merlin :)About this video... I hope the trailer makes it clear! Katie McGrath's performance in Dates inspired me a lot. In this video, Morgana [Katie McGrath] is in a gay relationship with Ellie (I know her name isn't mentioned, but in my head she's called Ellie). Arthur [Bradley James] falls in love with her. He tries to surpress those feelings - Morgana is gay and he doesn't stand a chance. It tires him to see Morgana with Ellie. Sooner or later, when he's confessed his attraction to Morgana, Morgana starts questioning her life. And that's the part I like the most: What if someone is convinced they are gay (not bi, really really gay and nothing else), but they start getting feelings for someone of the opposite gender. This was one of the reasons I wanted to make this, because I don't know any movie (I suppose there are a few, but I haven't seen them then) where this is showed.I called this ''movie'' a tale of traffic lights and stop signs, because that's what love is. Sometimes you get the green light, sometimes you are dealing with a doubter (yellow light), and sometimes it's just a no go (red light). I got Uther. Uther, you might say, easy as pie: He's cruel, but he loves his children and will always be proud of them. I'd agree, but then 5x03 ("The Death Song of Uther Pendragon") aired, and it was like Uther went against everything he'd said or promised before. That's why I named this video A man of many faces, because you never know how he'll react to something.I started this video with his death, and a quote from Classandra Clare, which I think fits Uther really well. Only after Ygraine died, Uther became a cruel and twisted man. After that part I wanted to show you how he felt about his children, and with Arthur, and some of the rules he changed against Uthers will.And with all that done, I really hope I'll pass this round because even though this was a bit of a tough challenge, I enjoyed it a lot nevertheless. I also added no coloring, it didn't seem right somehow (I know that sounds weird x)). I didn't want the scenes to look different. They're great the way they are.Happy easter!
