Beef Barbacoa On A Pellet Grill & Blackstone Paul’s Q 2020-12-05 | Hey everyone! This recipe turned out amazing. You definitely have to give this one a try. If you’re new to the channel hit the Subscribe to join the team. #PitBossGrills#PitBossNation#BlackstoneBarbacoa Recipe:2-3 lb of chuck roast 2 Tbsp oil (for searing meat)Salt and pepper to taste (for the meat)1 1/4 cups beef broth 3-4 chipotle peppers in adobo6 cloves garlic 1 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin 1 Tbsp dried oregano 1/4 cup fresh lime juice Cut meat up into 2-3 inch piece. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Next use your oil in a frying pan or on a Blackstone and sear the meat on all sides. Take meat and place it in a aluminum pan if using a grill, if not place meat in slow cooker. To make the sauce add your 6 cloves of garlic and chipotles in a food processor. Add about a 1/4 cup of the beef broth to the food processor and blend everything together. Next pour everything over your meat and cover. Slow cook the meat for 5-8 hours. Once meat is cooked remove from sauce and pull it apart. Next add the 1/4 cup of lime juice to the sauce and stir in. Now add the shredded meat back into the sauce and give it all a stir. Cover up the meat again and continue cooking for another 30-45 minutes.
