Rising Fighter and Snap on Lunch Box Runs Addams Playground 2025-09-03 | Taking the Tamiya Rising Fighter back out to see if it drives better or worse, it does both! LOL! I also took out another gift from Zachary a long time ago and drove it around. The Snap-on Van Lunchie was fun, and it drives a lot tamer than I expected it to. It is a cool truck, the tires are old, so they have that slick and slightly rigid feel old tires get so the traction was limited but the smiles were not! Amazon Military Jeep Weathered Up & Out For Drive Addams Playground 2025-08-30 | I picked this Jeep up off Amazon a while ago and mainly got it to paint up a bit and make it look cool. With the driver figure and the “dirt” applied it looks pretty cool and for a light duty trail truck it is fun to watch it bounce around out there. For climbing over things, the gears in the axles are not really up to much of anything more than lumps and bumps. Traxxas Sledgehammer Rebuild Part 2 Addams Playground 2025-07-12 | I finally got the paint work done and got the Traxxas Sledgehammer all finished. Tamiya Bigwig- finished and out for a run Addams Playground 2025-06-28 | The Tamiya Bigwig is all done and goes out for a run. It runs well and looks great. It was a little eager to roll over in the high grip grass but did well on the track. The grass was still a bit damp, so it got to be quite the mess out on the track! Thankfully, a run around in the wet grass cleaned most of it back off but it was still pretty gross inside and out! Tamiya Globe Liner Build Part 1 Rolling Chassis Addams Playground 2025-05-17 | In part 1 of this build series I get the rolling chassis built minus a few of the chrome bits and pieces. DT04 Budget BBX First Drive Addams Playground 2025-05-14 | I finally got the DT04 out for a run and it is a fun one. It is a bit of a handful on the track, the skinny BBX rear tires slid around a lot and the track was still a mess. I am working on getting it cleaned up for future runs out there and trying to figure out the best spot for the ramp/ramps to get placed. I didn’t like it on the big corner; it is much more fun to slide around that one under power!! One of the straits would be better! Quick run with the Porsche 956 Addams Playground 2025-04-26 | I finally got out with the Tamiya Porsche 956 and it drives really nice! Just a fun run around the parking lot, no cones to hit and course to run, just sliding it around in the pollen! Boy was it covered in it when I was all done!
