Using a ROM hack to give it a somewhat better translation, but I also named Marle "Carle" because I was bored x3Chrono Trigger is one of my absolute favorites on the SNES and in my opinion, has held up very well, even after 25 years.
Bsnes filter issues the_randomizer 2019-09-28 | Not sure what's going on, but when the music starts up, the "C" icon goes from unfiltered to filtered. May be a bug, gonna let Byuu know. Emulator is bloody fantastic however :3

Castlevania Anniversary Collection: Castlevania Bloodlines - Level 1 the_randomizer 2019-05-23 | First and foremost, this collection has some fantastic games, and the emulation itself programmed by M2, who are absolute geniuses when it comes to emulators. That said, there are a few glaring omissions from the collection such as no proper way to exit, or the ability to remap controls. The Sega Mega Drive/Genesis emulation is spot on, and the YM2612 emulation sounds way better than the other efforts on Steam by far.
Wild Arms 2 Gameplay - Scenario One the_randomizer 2019-05-17 | An underrated gem for the Playstation, Wild Arms 2 has a unique battle system as well as scenario system which adds a lot of variety I think. Feeding Happy Floofy Foxes the_randomizer 2019-05-09 | I'm wary to upload a fox video, mostly due to creepy, disparaging, rude, etc comments people have made regarding either the foxes or the people in the video. So I will be moderating them, but I hope in spite of that, people will enjoy the foxes :D Since it's the middle of spring, foxes are shedding winter coats into their summer coats, so they're healthy and happy ^^Foxes are legal in about 21 or so US states, with varying laws in counties, cities, etc. They are not for the faint of heart, nor should they ever be owned for the novelty of owning a fox. It is absolutely necessary to dedicate 100% of your time, effort, care into a pet fox, but also with the right permits, vaccinations, etc. They are nothing like a cat or a dog, and are very high maintenance, please don't get a fox on a whim :P They are a lot of fun and super cute, but only under the care of those who are truly dedicated and willing to go above and beyond. My friend runs a USDA licensed facility and is rehabbing another fox in the background, so yeah, she knows how to care for foxes :D

Lets Play Breath of Fire 3: Defeating Myria the_randomizer 2018-12-27 | The final boss of the game, the goddess Myria, having around 20,000 HP or more, not sure. Quite a difficult boss given her use of the moves Holocaust and Venom, be prepared to use a lot of panaceas and possibly ammonia :D It's a fun fight, as it's a good challenge, my characters are around level 54-55 just to be safe.

The emulator they updated to today fixes numerous issues the previous iterations. The sound is mostly correct and many features were added. I'm impressed :D

Streets of Rage 2 - Tim Allen Edition the_randomizer 2018-04-20 | A ROM hack that I found originally on Steam for the Sega Genes Classics (which, to be honest, uses a very garbage emulator). I decide to patch the ROM and use it on a good emulator, in this case, Genesis Plus GX. Tim Allen, Home Improvement sound effect, which I think adds some hilarity :D
Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow Walkthrough: Mission 3 - Paris to Nice Train the_randomizer 2018-03-28 | Third mission in the game, difficulty gradually increasing but I love a good challenge :D I almost got caught when I knocked out the passenger, but got away into the shadows in time. One thing to note is even if you're hidden, the terrorist can still detect you.

Is it perfect in everything it does, no, but given that it's an officially sanctioned fan game, it does Sonic better than Sega ever would do. Chrono Trigger - Non steam version (better version) the_randomizer 2018-02-27 | Versions in order of superiorityNDS and SNES DS for its features and refined translation and FMVs, dungeons, etc.SNES for its nostalgia, quirky translation and superior audio quality.PSX and mobile ports, are utter garbage and should be avoided like the plague. Do yourselves a favor and save that 15 dollars for something useful, like petrol for your car. In light of the abortive garbage that is Chrono Trigger "limited edition" being released to PC today, I decided to record the intro scene of the Snes version. I used an emulator (Snes9x), but so what? At least it's a proper version, runs better, has better sound, text, etc. The DS version is good as well, yes, but I grew up on the Snes version, and to see Square Enix botch it big time is just sad. Way to ruin childhoods, SE. They could've used something like Higan (which is apparently licensed to be used commercially as long as they ask Byuu), bundled with the game, but no, they insist on using the mobile version. Then again, people would complain about system requirements if emulators would be used instead. Your move.
Fun with fluffy foxies the_randomizer 2017-10-13 | Got to hang out with my friend who cares for three amazing foxes (one of them being rescued from a less-than-desirable living situation), along with my mother and niece, who absolutely loves canids :3 It was a lot of fun watching them run around, making funny sounds and eating out of our hands. Foxes are the best, and yes, comments are disabled for obvious reasons :D My friend also runs a licensed sanctuary for these amazing critters, they love people visiting them :D

The problem was that nVidia broke something in their drivers after a certain point, but, someone modified a D3D8 file for the game, which fixes all the projections, shadows and volumetric lights. Snes9x MSU-1 support the_randomizer 2016-11-12 | That's right, Snes9x 1.54.1 now has MSU-1 support, no longer exclusive to Bsnes/Higan, why should something so extravagant be limited to one emulator. Still somewhat WIP stages, but the programmer working on it, Qwertymodo, has done a fantastic job. It's nearly complete and there are test builds.
