Originally titled ''Doctor Who (The Sequel)'', it was released in a 12-inch single format by Mankind in Janurary, 1984 on the Motor Records label.
This track was later re-released on the B-side of the album Doctor Who: Theme From the BBC TV Series (Dominic Glynn version) in 1986 (click on this link to view the YouTube video & album info: youtube.com/watch?v=Knca737ndYA )
This track was released on the CD and vinyl LP ''Space, Time and Beyond'' in November 2013 on the Genepool Records label (see http://www.timelash.com/tardis/display.asp?3031 ).

Originally released as a 7” single in October 1986 containing the following tracks: 1) Doctor Who: Theme From The BBC-TV Series (1986 Dominic Glynn version), 2) Doctor Who - Cosmic Remix by Mankind. Catalogue number: RESL 193.
The album was re-released in December 1986 in an audio cassette format. Although it was a cassette album, it was packed in a 12” album sleeve, with the cassette in a plastic bubble at an angle on the back of the sleeve! The front of the album sleeve featured a 3D lenticular image in dazzling rainbow colors. The new track listing was: Side One: 1) Doctor Who: Theme From The BBC-TV Series (1986 Dominic Glynn version), 2) Doctor Who: Theme From The BBC-TV Series (1963 Delia Derbyshire version), Side Two: 3) Doctor Who - Cosmic Remix by Mankind. Catalogue number: ZRXL 193.
The album was also released as a 12” vinyl single in December 1986, with the track listing (and the album sleeve) the same as the cassette release. Catalogue number: ZRXL 193.
