This company expects people to make a buy-in of $97 USD and then pay $250/month for ONE product. The people in the Republic of Chad cannot afford this and Marty shows us on today's webinar that although he understands how poverty stricken people in Africa are, he believes if they just hand over this money, Ash Mufareh and Onpassive will save them from their current situations. I have watched in HORROR as Lolcow Live, Lolcow Queens then Lolcow Rewind have been promoted so heavily and supported so heavily on the platform despite being very disturbing and cult-like content that tortured a woman on livestream and cheered as she cried. This type of content is very problematic and I must side-eye anyone who supports it...as should you. What morals do you hold? What makes this okay? Ask yourselves. The webinar showcases how manipulated the OFounders in Onpassive are. Onpassive is an artificial intelligence company that claimed it would make a suite of over 50 software to help small business owners run their business. The company began in 2018 and the owner and CEO is Ash Mufareh, a long-time con artist. The company has no products and claims it is not a multi-level marketing company despite choosing to operate as an MLM. Onpassive and Ash are being sued by the S.E.C. for $108 million for unregistered securities and are accused of running a fraudulent pyramid scheme. I have been covering this scam for a long time and my main goal is to prove that Onpassive is more than a MLM company or pyramid scheme and is turning into a cult of personality surrounding Ash Mufareh. The only catch is you can only promote the Onpassive business once you join and the company never launches with it's products. It has been in pre-launch since 2018 and has had several failed launches, some with products. However, due to being sued by the SEC for $108 million for securities fraud and owing $3.4 million on their AWS bills, the company has been in a standstill since late June.
