Neat Has Stopped Working - NeatDesk Scanner Crashes HeyMimi DIY 2015-02-16 | What to do if Neat Desk shuts down or crashes every time you scan a document, and you get this warning "Neat has stopped working; Safe Handle has been closed." This happened to me and tried to follow the Neat website's Troubleshooting Section, but was not able to fix the problem on my own. In this video, I show you how Neat Online Chat helped me fix the problem, in just 15 minutes. I'll show you what they had me do. You can try it, and if it doesn't work, you can at least follow my steps of how to find quick chat support, if NeatDesk keeps crashing or closes every time you open the program. How to Replace a Video on YouTube | Redirect HeyMimi DIY 2014-07-23 | Here's how I replace a youTube video on my channel. It's basically a redirect. I wish there was a feature to easily overwrite an outdated video, but until YouTube adds it, this is my workaround/solution to redirect traffic from an old video to a new improved video on the same topic. It's also handy if you (like me) get over anxious to upload a new video and you overlooked a mistake that you just can't live with. That's a problem if the link has already gone out in a newsletter or youTube subscriber email. If you delete the video, anyone who clicks that link will only see "This video has been deleted." with no way to direct them to new video! So, don't delete it for awhile! Instead, follow my instructions on how to redirect the visitor to your new video, and even be able to explain in the old title and description. Watch my video to see how I do it. My old Sharp ViewCam VL-E765 only has one output method: a single port for a 2 plug AV cable (one yellow, one white). In this video, I show you how to hook up your old camcorder to the DVD recorder, and how to burn the video to DVD on the Magnavox Recorder. Trouble Printing PDF Freebie at full size? HeyMimi DIY 2014-01-27 | If you are having trouble printing out a pdf download or printable sheet: here is a one minute video showing you how to get that printable freebie to fill the page. The problem is often related to the settings on your PDF Reader. Don't use the print function on the reader. Instead, use the "Print Preview" option on your browser's file menu. Then check the view and size from that screen. It's probably set at something less that 100%. Gryphon Glass Grinder HeyMimi DIY 2014-01-23 | I've re-edited this video to make it more concise and improve the video quality. Sharpie Paint Pen on Copic Wide Marker HeyMimi DIY 2014-01-13 | My all time favorite white pen is the Sharpie White Paint Pen, Extra Fine Point. It's also sometimes labeled White Poster Paint Pen. As far as I can tell, they are the exact same thing; both are an awesome opaque white water-based pen that shows up immediately on dark colors and kraft paper. In this video, I show you how I use a Copic Wide Marker to lay down a thick strip of Dark Brown, to make an easy banner for a card or in an art journal. I also love these Copic Wide Markers, although I only have one!I do have the Sharpie Paint Pens in the Oil-based version, as well, but the water based pens are my favorite.
